  • For us to create a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for you and future guests, we ask that you follow these house rules and confirm that these rules have been reviewed at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the house rules cannot be followed, you will have the option of cancelling the booking without penalty as we have a strict cancellation policy.

  • OFF-SITE BOOKERS: If you are booking this location for family members or friends and you are NOT going to be staying in the house, you will need to designate one of your guests as the responsible person who will be accountable for making sure these house rules and the check-out process are followed.
